Patricia (Pat) Heavren established The Wisdomkeeper Connection in 2012 after eight years of energy medicine practice and seven years as the director of the Energy Medicine Wellness Center. The Wisdomkeeper Connection’s mission is grounded in two central recognitions: first, that we are all innately wise and whole even when we are not conscious of it; and second, that the tools for discovering and sourcing from this awareness exist in the circumstances that surround us in every moment. When we are fully present to what is and recognize each moment as opportunity, we discover our fullest potential and greatest expression.

In its early beginnings, the Energy Medicine Wellness Center offered healing and coaching services in southern New England and metro New York that focused on energy medicine practices and wisdom teachings derived from the indigenous medicine traditions of the Peruvian Andes. Over time, the work expanded to serve a telephone client base that extended across the US, Canada, Europe and Latin America. The Wisdomkeeper Connection broadened its services with wisdom coaching and business coaching that reached those who might not ordinarily seek out ancient medicine practices. It was a joy to work with this wider group on a path to self-discovery, healing and community transformation.

No matter what the service provided to the individual, couple or community, the result is the same. The Wisdomkeeper Connection assists seekers in waking up to their inner sage—a sage who guides all of us to live our fullest capacity, beginning within ourselves and touching everyone in our lives.

Pat is a master energy medicine practitioner, teacher, coach, mediator and organizational consultant as well as a lifelong student of spiritual wisdom traditions. She listens deeply to individuals, couples and organizations to awaken their wise sage so they may experience the ordinary as extraordinary—becoming the agents of lasting change in their personal lives, relationships and workplaces. Pat is designated senior teaching faculty at the Four Winds Society, founded by Alberto Villoldo, Phd. She has trained hundreds of professionals in energy medicine certificate programs at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies in Rhinebeck, NY and the Kripalu Yoga Center in Lenox, MA.

Pat has worked as an affiliate consultant with DKBWave Training and Consulting based in New York City and presents her own transformational programs across the US, Canada, and Latin America, as well as through web-based media. Her consultation and facilitation skills have served small and large non-profit organizations including the worldwide United Nations Development Programme.

Pat holds a Master's degree in human services administration from Antioch New England Graduate School and an undergraduate degree in psychology and studio art from Fairfield University. She has trained in mediation with the Quinnipiac University/University of Connecticut Labor Relations Board and the Boston Law Collaborative.
